My twelve years in residential real estate lending have been some of the most interesting years of my life. During my time in this business I have seen many changes in the availability of loans and interest rates going from the high nines to the low fives for a 30-year fixed rate loan.

My area of expertise is in first time home buyers and low to no down payment financing. I find that walking people through their first home purchase is a very rewarding experience.

I was born in Lynnwood, CA but grew up from the age of one in North Dakota. I graduated from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks with a B.S. in Criminal Justice Studies.

I worked as a Salem Police Officer for seven years and spent the next six years starting my two sons out on the road of life. My husband has been a Salem Police Officer since 1982.

Both of us have been active in Salem-Keizer school activities, Salem United Soccer and Boys Scouts of America. We continue to enjoy our life in this great area of the Northwest!
