Dina is a native Oregonian. She was born and raised in Silverton. She received her Bachelor's of Arts degree in Communications from Oregon State University . Dina's professional work experience began with Allstate Insurance in Seattle . She held positions as an Accounting Manager, Customer Service Manager and Underwriting Manager.

After living in many parts of the country she returned to Silverton to raise her two children. She has been a project manager for a custom home builder and entered the mortgage lending arena in 2005, as a loan officer. Dina works for Reliance Mortgage in their Silverton and Stayton branch offices.

Dina enjoys utilizing her strong customer service experience in benefiting her customers at Reliance Mortgage. Her strength is taking the time to identify her customer's needs and then matching them with the loan that best works for them. Her goal is to go the extra mile and ensure her customer's expectations are always surpassed.

Dina keeps busy enjoying her children's active lives. She is an avid sports fan and enjoys golf. She is also known for baking delicious delicacies for lucky friends and commercial customers. In her spare time she volunteers in her children's school and with other community projects.

Jay has been active in the mortage industry since 2001. He has always worked hard to obtain approvals for his customers. His can do attitude has brought lenders with unique programs on board to finance properties or borrowers that standard lenders could not. "That's the beauty of being a broker" he says. "my borrowers don't have to try to fit a bank's guidelines, I find a bank that fits my borrowers."

Jay and his wife, Sherry , own the C.H. Bailey House Bed & Breakfast in Roseburg and enjoy entertaining friends and guests throughout the year. Colin, their son, was born in 2004 and is a favorite among visitors.

Jay was born in Santa Ana, California and grew up in the city of Orange. He graduated from college with a B.S. in Business Administration and worked in the tradeshow industry for a number of years. In 1999, Jay and Sherry were both ready for a change in lifestyle and moved to Oregon. In 2000, they purchased their current home in the country, just East of Roseburg, and they love that they get to share it with city folk who haven't yet taken the leap.

Karen grew up and graduated from High School in Silverton, Oregon. She started her career in the financial services field after graduation by attending college at Chemeketa Community College. She took classes for two years in Banking and Finance.

Karen has worked in various fields in consumer lending which included home refinances, second mortgages, commercial loans, new accounts, and investments for fourteen years at a local bank and credit union before transitioning into mortgage lending. Her responsibilities have included training new loan officers, processing loan files, and originating loans over the past eight years. She earned her certificate of completion for the State of Oregon licensing requirements for mortgage loan officers in July 2002.

Karen started with Reliance Mortgage September 6, 2003 as a Mortgage Loan Officer and she is looking forward to assisting buyers with their home purchase dream as well as refinancing their current home mortgage. If you are looking for a mortgage loan officer who provides:
